I live in corona, Ca. And I don't care where the advice comes from, I just wanna know Where Can I go to RENT, Not Buy, Land To put my House on?
P.s., I want to rent private land, NOT go to a mobile home Community.

You're not going to like this answer in the least. In Corona California, ALL housing structures must be on a PERMANENT FOUNDATION. So, you want to RENT land and then go through the expense of providing a permanent foundation on someone else's land ? (Hint: permanent means permanent concrete, not concrete blocks) Mounting a house as you seem to want is only allowed for a maximum of 18 months, and then only for use as temporary shelter or office space while construction is occurring on a different structure.

Fine. So you will go OUTSIDE of Corona where the regulations are not so strict, like out in the countryside ? Of course that will work. By the way, from where will you get running water and where will you dispose of your sewage ? No problem. Just invest $20+ plus on someone ELSE'S land to drill a well and install a private septic system.

You either did not think this through at ALL, or some modular salesman really sold you a bill of goods.

Why would you want to do THAT? :O

What makes you NOT want to buy the land outright - which is by far the BEST scenario? Why make someone ELSE rich?
