Because most of them are haters whom are just jealous that their team didn't pick him up, and the rest have just lost faith after his stint in Oakland. While Randy Moss is getting older and has probably lost a step or two he is still an explosive receiver who can make game changing plays at any moment. Not only did he lack a quarterback in Oakland but he also was on a losing team that was going nowhere, and players like Moss realize they are getting older and their window of opportunity at getting a ring is getting smaller every day. Some call him selfish... I call him a realist. Granted Moss wont be the "one man show" that he was in Minnesota as Brady likes to spread the ball around but he will definitely be a key player in an already explosive offense. There have already been reports that in the few days Moss practiced with the team (optional team camp) that he was displaying skills that we haven't seen since his days as a Viking. One that stuck out the most was a play where Moss was in triple coverage and exploded across the field, leaped above the defenders, and brought down a bullet thrown by Brady into the back of the end zone for a touchdown. Sounds to me like he's already improving.
Randy Moss in 2007:
75-80 catches, 1500+ yards, 10-12 touchdowns

He'll have a good season, but not great by any means. Brady spreads the ball out so much in that offense that no reciever is going to have a truly great season. Besides that, Moss is a one trick pony that only knows "go deep". He won't make those tough catches over the middle or run a lot of the short flag and out patterns that make Brady and the Patriots offense so successful.

Randy Moss greater or much less cried his way into enjoying for a high quality group. To be seen the main suitable skill you do no longer cry approximately being on a foul group. Steve Largent had a phenominal profession spent regularly with a foul group, no longer as quickly as did he ever *****. Rice had the earnings of enjoying in a invoice Walsh coached offense alongside with Montana, returned by no skill complained. The record could flow on and on. TO and Randy Moss are in basic terms a set of overpaid cry toddlers who pissed and moaned approximately teammates and each little thing else till they have been given the place they're today. that's a waste to have such skills and be a valueless person

Michael Irvin summed it up best when he said Randy Moss is a glorified version of Alvin Harper. Tom Brady has proven to be succesful by distributing the ball around so don't expect moss to be among the league leaders in receptions or yards.

Peopl;e who are saying Randy plays when he wants to are right, however, he never had the influnce of a good, controlling personality, Tom Brady isnt gonna take any crap in the huddle if Randy has a problem, Bradys gonna ask him how many superbowls hes won, and then shut him up, Randy finally has a QB he can respect, a coach who will break him, and a line that gives the QB enoguh time to get 30 yards between himself and a defender.

I think he will have a really good season.......Look who is going to be throwing the ball to him. But Brady will still spread the ball around so its not going to be the Moss show....but Im thinking that they will make some very nice connections.......Maybe resurrect the Moss of old......It was a no brainer for him to go to the Pats. He picked the team that he knew had a very legitmate chance of making to to the superbowl....The slate is clean for him in NE. What happens there is now up to him.

I say 50 catches and 800 yards and 6 TDs simple because New Englands offense is not a pass happy one. Moss will get his share of balls but you won't see the Patriots coming out and throwing the ball 40 to 50 times a game.

look at his track record and his own words, he tries when he wants to and takes plays off when he wants to, so that's what makes me think he will still suck this year, he is washed up and not good enough to be taking plays off at his discretion
