As a happily married faithful yet flirtateous man, I UNDERSTAND your question.
Just because we are married doesn't mean we do not think of humping other people ALL THE TIME. (We are human right?)
And writing flirty emails isn;t the same as performing oral sex or promising sex favors on the guy right?
However, I think that you are heading down the wrong path.
I would advise you personally to not write flirty emails which will inspire your fellow married coworker to think sexually about you (unless that's what you want), but rather to instead be professional and then go home and think nasty thoughts and pleasure yourself to them when you can in private.
That way, you have done nothing wrong and your mariage is still sacred.
That's my 2 cents. :)

I really can't believe some of the insane questions on here. OF COURSE IT ISN'T OK!! Ask your husband what he thinks. If on the other hand....the married woman is sending emails to her own husband...That is AWESOME!

Why would you want to? If you have to ask, no, it's not okay. You would have a hissy if your husband sent sexy emails to some lady and accuse him of all sorts of things. So no, if it's not okay for your husband, it's not okay for you.

The fact that she wants someone else that bad means that she is not getting or giving what she needs at home, what she should be doing is concentrating on wanting HER man that bad, if it can't be done then she needs to look at what is really going on, who's neglecting who?
