I think that they are going to be that defense that everybody is going to be talking about this year. They in my opinion are the 4th best defense this year. Ravens, Bears, and SD are ahead of them.
The denver defense lies its strength in stopping the run, and that is huge. With Al Wilson clogging up the middle as the linebacker, he will do wonders. There was a reason no team could run through denver last year.
The way most teams scored was through the pass and they managed to help that to by getting All pro corner Dre Bly. With Champ on one side and Bly on the other i don't see many teams passing on them either. They are going to be a defense that is going to stop most teams in their tracks and should be fun to watch

You sure you don't mean, if Michael Vick is found guilty, what will happen with Denver's D? lol :-)
Will they have to change their D because if they make it to the SB and play Atlanta they'll be facing a different QB? Or should they plan for playing the SB against Vick anyway?
Thanks for asking a football question that hasn't tried and convicted Vick or "if" whatever.
Denver's D will always be the Orange Crush to me even when they're NOT a crushing D.
My concern with Denver is Jay Cutler.
Will he or won't he bring their offense back to better times?
The only worry I have with the D is, will they be opportunistic enough a la the Ravens and score points to help win the game WHEN Cutler and the O have a bad game?

They are great, and are going to be one of the best defenses this year because of 3 main components. 1. The new and improved line. Sam Adams and Kennoy Kennedy will stuff the run and provide a great pass rush, helping out #2. The Insertion of Dre Bly into the Broncos system. With Bailey and Bly, you can't get any better. and #3. The safety John Lynch will make smart plays, like he does every year.

I think they will be pretty hard to score on they have the best CB in the NFL and on the other corner they have a top 5 CB their line is young and fast their LB core is solid and very fast, and their safeties, if not fast are experienced and hard hitting

They helped themselves on the other corner, plugged up the middle for run D, if the rookies they drafted can contribute and give them some pass rush their D will be very tough.
