ok i broke my nose yesterday at a football game (we were scrimmaging without helmets and i got hit in the face) they wont let me play for a while because of it but i wanna get back as soon as possible, im thinking of getting a nose protector

that and i wanna know when, if i can, should i wear it and if i could wear it. we do allot of contact and i dont wanna hurt my nose again but i rlly wanna play

wear it until it fully heals, you'll be glad you did...you get back out there too soon, and you injure it again, it could take even LONGER to heal...

I broke my nose 3 times playing football and never missed a practice or a game. Wore a metal protector over it for a few weeks and it was as good as new.

Simmer down and let your nose heal already! It doesn't take forever for a broken nose to heal and you'll be back in the game before you know it.

don't worry about getting a protector, they make you look like an idiot anyways. take some time off, your're nose will heal soon enough

Maybe you should rest for a while because you could obviously injure it worse. And you should also call your (PCP) primary care physician and talk to him or a nurse, maybe they could help you out with your question.
