OMGosh Michael Vick did that?! That is so sad because I love animals! I think that they should definitely have a punishment and go to court and maybe even be in jail! =(

Excuse me..he's only been indicted. There hasn't been a trial yet.
But to answer your question, it's a good thing the judicial system sets the punishment, because I don't think I would be very kind--same for most cirmes, really--especially child molesters and rapists.
