I believe this was a terrorist attack. Planes are flying over me every 5 minutes like happened during 9/11 and the government predicted a summer terrorist attack this year on a smaller scale that wouldn't be recognized as a terrorist attack at first.

Coincidences do happen in life. There are a great many buildings in that part of New York, and things have gone wrong in the past.
Obviously we can't completely rule out any possibility yet, but often the right answer is the simplist.
