No as long as they continue to play quality teams from big conferences it does not need to be the same teams every year.

no! there is no reason too Ohio state already has good non conference schedule made up till like 2015 they will take on Miami (Fla) and they will take on Oklahoma and USC so the only way you will see them play each other is a BCS game that would be hard on either team if they lost adding an extra "Big" game the NON conference schedule is made up years in advance. its just not smart for eaither team

No but I think their games were exciting and becoming rarer! I'd like to see the ncaa mandate O.O.C. schedules be based on performance in the last 4 years at least for a few games. I think fans would like to see OOC games that pair like schools. So no the UT-OSU but yes to more top 25 teams from the previous few years!

No, make them play an SEC team and see how they do. Ohio State tried that in the national title game and got stomped.
