Dear Veronica,
we thirst or hunger for maintaining our internal body chemicals so that we feel good, energetic, content and happy.
We also hunger for excess food to balance our mind from anger and depressions.
We get thirsty from excess of salt in take also to maintain the chemical balance of our fluids in our body when we take excess sugar and salt.
It is alright to take a little extra salt and sugar when we are young, however, it is not a good idea at our middle age and especially if we suffer from high blood pressure and diabetes.
Please stay away from drinking too much of colas because they contain sugar and it will also increase your thirst.
I think it is enough to say this much for our regular question here.
If you suffer from any of these conditions in excess, please refer to a good medical doctor.

Peacful contentment, fullfillment without illusions.
Belly laughter, children, home (this home), a small cottage by the water not croowded, family, unconditional love, good food, good drink, a healthy environment, a healthy planet, more time. Dance, song, stories. And a convertible mustang. A trip around the world to hang out in zoo's. Sing for my lifes expenses. To die peacefully, and know I've left something good behind that will feed the future.
