"i rather be different and nobody then be a brainless sheep a label to society, For me, religion is nothing more then mind control, used to oppress people, if we were only to rid of religion itself, and keep the golden rule. Be kind, caring and respect to everyone, society would be better. I believe there is a God, but the religion itself i find many things wrong with it, So why claim to be of a faith, when you don't follow it.. I rather have a mind can go too, and think freely, it the only thing i have that i can be free. What my fear is being another label, another slave to society, Being like everyone else, depending on someone opinion. I fear people more then anything" quoted by me

Too much strong feeling there, seems to me.

The thoughts are okay, make sense, but they carry too much emotional baggage, bitterness, anger, resentment.

Might be worthwhile to keep the thoughts and toss the baggage.

I think as a quote it has some interesting parts, but it also seems to contradict itself. For example, think of these lines:

"i rather be different and nobody then be a brainless sheep"
"another slave to society"
"being like everyone else, depending on someone opinion"
"I fear people more then anything"

Doesn't posting a question on Yahoo Answers seem to undermine these. Especially, it seems to call into question that you "fear people" most. You are asking people to participate with you. Or even, "depending on someone opinion" seems to be what seeking an answer to "what do you think?" is. In essence, your actions and your words do not match precisely.

don't really agree with you when you say "religion is nothing more then mind control, used to oppress people, if we were only to rid of religion itself, and keep the golden rule." but i totally agree you when you said, "Be kind, caring and respect to everyone, society would be better."

good job, you need not to depend on someone's opinion, you got your own. :D

the only thing to fear, is fear itself. for fear inhibits, fear controls, fear presides. it is without fear that a person can live fully in control and thus fully create thier spiritual life.

You are still a sheep if you 'follow' any belief in anything including your vision of 'God' and your fear of people.
