Terms of endearment, in general, but either way nicknames are usually patronising. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're degrading, but they are meant to be something personal that only close friends may be allowed to call you. If anyone but someone you approved of calls you the nickname, it would probably be offensive to you.

For Bullies? Like if a Bully is called like Rockeater or sumthin tough its Glorifying. If its somerthing not-so-cool like Poodle (because of their hair) I would say degrading. but sometimes they can just b for fun!Like Cookie, or Energy Bunny ect.

Hmmm...it depends.
You could be called "The BONECRUSHER", which would be glorifying you. (Unless you really crush bones)
or
You could be called "Duck Molester", which would be degrading. (Unless you really do molest water fowl you sick son of a @#%&)
