my boyfriend and i are going to purchase a condo for when we get married, and until then i was going to live there alone or with a roommate and pay him rent. well i want to create a legal contract for which if anything happens, i will receive the money back. he knows about all this, so it's not a 'behind the back' type thing and i just want to have it in writing since my name is not on the condo contract purchase.
who would i go to or what suggestions do you have?
thanks ahead of time~

If you will get your 'rent' back if anything happens, and the two of you will keep it if nothing happens, what is the point of 'paying rent' in the first place? My advice is NOT to do this at all.
