God it's not a money issue... :) I just don't want to worry all month, is this one due yet? Did I already pay it? I mean good God there's got to be a better way...

well for the credit cards you can call them and ask them to change the date they are due, some of them will do that. For other bills like utility bills you may have to just keep it in your checking account till the bill comes. I would think they send out all bills at once. For rent-you should be able to pay that anytime as long as its before its due.

Many of your bills are the same amount each month. For those, just pay the amount from last month's bill. Utilities often offer a 'budget billing plan'. They basically add up your bill for a full year and divide by 12. You pay that amount each month. Once a year, you 'catch up' to actual spending and recalculate your bill for the next year. For credit cards, divide last months minimum by the balance on that months statement date. Multiply that rate buy the current balance. That should be close the the new minimum. You could always just leave the money in your bank account until the bills arrive.

If your bills are always about the same amount each month, you could go ahead and pay them at the end of the month. That would cause all of your accounts to have a credit balance. When you are actually billed, it will just offset the credit balance that you have on the accounts.
