About 2 days ago i lifted some really heavy stuff and and emptied the water from small pond( i have to bend over to get the water at the bottom). Now my lower back hurts when im standing, and both my lower and upper back hurt when im sitting (i cant sit for more than 20mins while leaning back on a soft seat/ pillow and also sitting on 1, without my back aching). Im 15 and i am pretty slim, 5'9" 130lbs. Is there anything i can do to make my back better?

your muscles are screaming help because of the overuse. You need to rest for at least three days.

To help your back Take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. The Epsom salts will help eliminate the lactic acid that forms on the muscles from over exertion.

Massage an analgesic cream into the sore muscles.

use Advil soft gel capsules four times daily to help relieve the pain.
