About 2 days ago i lifted some really heavy stuff and and emptied the water from small pond( i have to bend over to get the water at the bottom). Now my lower back hurts when im standing, and both my lower and upper back hurt when im sitting (i cant sit for more than 20mins while leaning back on a soft seat/ pillow and also sitting on 1, without my back aching). Im 15 and i am pretty slim, 5'9" 130lbs. Is there anything i can do to make my back better?
