none of them are brother or have any blood relation. They only share the Surname which is very much common in Indian Muslims and some Hindus too.

Khan is a common surname in Indian Cinema. There a lot of actors with that name, some are related others are not even remotely related.
Shahrukh and Saif are actors with a common surname.
Shahrukh Khan hails from Delhi. His parents were both Muslims. His father died when he was quite young, his mother a lawyer brought him and his sister up as a single parent. He is now married to a Hindu woman called Gauri, and has 2 kids. A boy and a girl. He follows the religion of his birth, Islam.
Saif on the other hand has an illustrious lineage. His mother Sharmila Tagore was a brilliant actress of her times and belonged to the family of Nobel Laurette Rabindranath Tagore. His father and grandfather were both cricketing legends. He hails from the Princely family of Pataudi.

Shah Rukh Khan was born to a Muslim family but was raised by Hindus for most of his life Khan's father came to Delhi from the Kissa Kahani Bazaar in Peshawar , before the Partition of India , while his mother's family came from Rawalpindi.
