My brother barrowed my Ipod nano, and used the case to tap nails out of a dresser. But the ipod was in it, so it made very small dents in the screen. How can I get rid of them? They don't wash off. They are verrry small.

Scratches you can fix but dents need a professional. Like any dents (to a car for instance) need to be "banged out" if possible- it'll won't look the same. If they are dents like everyone else has said, you might just have to deal with them. If they are scratches, here's a website that might help: http://thetension.blogspot.com/2005/10/fix-ipod-screen-scratches.html. It's best to test the scratch theory first to tell, then deal with it as it comes. Good luck, I hope it helps!

you do not...all of us understand Apple is a company of self-absorbed assholes, and if there is one element they like, that's money...their stuff is extremely stressful to repair, desktops, and handhelds alike, and definitely, in case you do not have a guaranty, you may besides get a clean one, because of the fact they rip you off with the upkeep expenditures, and that they layout their stuff the way they do, because of the fact in straightforward terms THEY understand a thank you to artwork it. Sorry, guy, you're gonna could have them fix it, or threat taking it aside, and bending the dent out...

You won't be able to. Something like that isn't covered by Apple, so calling customer support would be of no use. I used to work for Apple iPod support, so I know from first hand account that they'll be of no help to you.
