Just moved into a new house near an airport and got roadrunner, cable, and digital phone installed at the same time. Not sure if planes or the airport itself would cause vibration in monitor, or if it is the new cable. Was not doing this before. Any ideas?

None of those things will cause a problem.

Do you have a CRT or LCD monitor?

CRT:
Make sure that there is nothing around your monitor that can produce a magnetic field. Anything with a motor, such as a fan, power bricks for speakers or printers, florescent lights are common problems.

LCD:
Make sure that the desktop resolution is at the native resolution of the monitor, and that the refresh rate is 60 Hz.
Open up Notepad and fill the screen with H characters. Then press the Auto Setup button on the monitor.

To find out if it is the cable, disconnect it and bring up some pages in an office program. If gone, that will give you a hint. If you are not running a laptop, go into screen properties and change the refresh rate from default (normally 60) to something higher like 72. If there is interference from the airport it is either a large tranformer vault, or even a radar transmitter. Changing the refresh rate may put it out of range. If still there, the only thing to do is try a LCD type monitor. They are less likely to get the interference.

You have interference from something, planes are unlikely, lots of people live near airports and there are no reports of this kind of trouble. Roadrunner is not it either!. Microwaves CAN do it, does it stop when the microwave is not being used? If not then it is not the microwave. phone just move it away and see if the problem stops. You are in a trial and error phase of finding the problem.
