If you are signing legal documents or checks, etc. The bank should have a record of the fact that you have POA. You simply sign your own name. You should have multiple copies of your legal paperwork naming you as executor of person with POA and send to all financial institutions. You have the right to enter into contracts, get loans, sell property, (all in the best interest of the person you have this for). So your signature alone should suffice. Good luck.

The usage will be clear to you when you get the form. The other person's name will be there. Then, you are to sign your own full name, no abbreviations.
