I really need to find some kind of acting class/lessons in Hazelton PA and they need to be cheap because i don't have a job(because i'm 13) and my parents can't afford something over 20$ a week.
There is plays in my town that i am trying to get into but they only do plays once or twice a year, and i've never been a play but my cousins have so i think i'm going to ask them about it. Oh and i practice acting in my bedroom but i don't think thats good enough.

I don't go to school so drama class is not an option.

Well, I'm glad that you're looking for classes and to get involved in theatre. Just doing a search can get you some information. This page had a list of places that teach classes in Penn: http://www.thespiannet.com/acting_schools/pennsylvania.shtml
I can't tell you how much they are or if they're any good, but you can do the research on that. Just make sure you take notes when you call so you don't forget who you spoke to and what they told you. If the classes are too expensive ask if they have scholarships or if you could trade work for classes (offer to do some filing or take out the trash if they discount your classes)
For theatre auditions find out which theatres are near you and find their websites. Usually they have audition info on their website and if not call and ask them where they post that information (backstage.com, actorsaccess.com, newspaper, etc.)

Katharine Hepburn put together her own plays when she was growing up. Consider doing something like that with your friends.
Maybe acting lessons would be too expensive at this point. Also, a drama club at school would be good, but I'm assuming this wasn't an option, which is why I suggested creating your own plays like Katharine Hepburn did.

When I was your age, I wrote my own plays and had my sister and used the neighborhood kids as my actors. If you want to be actor, you have to be creative. Round up the kids and family and do your own plays. You will have a lot of fun.
