My baby is 3 and a half months old - starting from yesterday he's started spilling nearly everything he drinks. He's still having plenty of wet nappies, but hasn't done a poo in 3 days. (a big one anyway).

The main concern is that he's spitting up heaps. Like - a bit amount after feeding, and over the next 3 hours, half curdled milk every 5-10 min.

Is there anything to worry about? he's breastfed.

Yes. Call your doctor - it could just be a stomach bug, or it could be something like acid reflux or a food sensitivity (dairy and soy sensitivities are most common). Either way, let your doctor know about it now, so that s/he is aware of the situation. THe big concern is that excessive spitting up will lead to a slow weight gain, because your baby is spitting up the food before he gets the nutrients he needs.

Acid reflux is easily treated with some small adjustments to your routine and/or medication. You will be able to continue breastfeeding.

My 3rd son was formula fed and he spit up so much that I was back and forth to the dr like 5 times and they all told me not to worry about it as long as there was no projectile vomitting. He's now 6 months and he still spits up a bit but not as much. I changed his formula to the Enfamil A+ Gentlease. Your daughter is probably starting to teeth with all the drooling too. They may teethe for a while before any teeth show up. She could be geeting alot of saliva in her mouth and it's making her spit up. Beleive me, it will get better but see your dr if you think it's a concern. Just make sure she not dehydrated by checking her soft spot. If it's sunk in then she's dehydrated. If she's is laughing and giggling and a happy baby all around, don't worry about it....spit happens!

You may want to cut some things from your diet that might be making him spit up... Gassy foods like cauliflower, beans, broccolli and cabbage are too harsh for babies. See if that helps- if not keep a food journal and take it to the doc's office to see what might be the trouble.... good luck
