I'm not sure if this will work now that the t-shirt has been washed numerous times but usually to get gum out you would apply ice to the affected area until the gum freezes - it can then be picked off.

Maybe put it in the freezer overnight and then try picking of the gum in the morning.

Goo Gone. Get the full strength (petroleum-based) stuff, not the water-based. You can find it at the paint department of any home improvement store.

Also, use it outside or in a well-ventilated room. The stuff is very volatile and puts out a lot of fumes. When the gum is gone, use a degreasing detergent (dish washing liquid?) to remove as much of the Goo Gone from the shirt as you can before washing it. Otherwise, you'll be smelling Goo Gone throughout the entire wash cycle.

try putting ice cubes on it and when it hardens, pick the gum off, or put the tee shirt in the freezer for a while and then pick the gum off.
