They own millions of Exxon & Haliburton Stock.

I think you listen to too much negative and baseless propaganda.

Iraqi oilfields are in a shambles and have been unproductive for years. Someone has to pay for the new drilling and equipment that needs to be done. Dutch Royal and Exxon have offered to do that and step down their profits over the next 25 years. Otherwise, those fields would only continue to rot and the economy remain stagnant.

The sooner they are on their feet and exporting oil again, the sooner the Iraqi government can become independent again.

Watching after our economic interests.

Why can't we just give in to the inevitable and become socialists, chase away all the rich people after taking their money and set a nice low tax payer income for everyone.

First one to the bread lines doesn't starve!
