I'm going to the midnight party @ Borders. In the store they told me that you had to dress up. It's the Grand Hallows Ball, but do I have to go dressy or just in costume? Can I go without a costume or not?
I'm asking because I was planning on dressing up as a Muggleborn. I bought a Gryffindor tee and a Hogwarts locket. I planned on wearing jeans and those.
Please help me, I'm in doubt!!

What you described sounds perfect. They will not deny you entry if you are not wearing an elaborate costume, they just want it to be exciting. Have fun!
