I know this will be hard to swallow - but; if you know the system and how it works - you would not sleep well at night either.

When one is turned over to a jail or prison after the guy behind the bench dressing like his mother drops the gavel - a WAREHOUSING BILL OF LADEN is constructed.

This is no different than what is used in shipping cargo on a ship, a train or by any other means to warehouse an item.

The one to be warehoused has lost all rights and not to be returned to him until the cargo - the person ... is released from the warehouse = jail, prison and/or etc.

The Warehouseman (Warden and/or etc.) accepts complete responsibility (while secure under his umbrella of immunities to protect him from his own criminal activities and/or etc.), and in all circumstances is allegedly liable for the safety of that cargo or person until release or destruction takes place.

prisoners are monitored while using the bathroom, taking showers, eating, drinking and/or etc. and for that reason a rape of a fellow prisoner is completely avoidable ... but; it is entertainment for the guards and joy of the head Warehouseman who holds the bill of laden.

All rights were transfered just as if one takes on an attorney or lawyer - they sign over their body and soul to them so they can be re-presented ... and the attorney or lawyer has complete right to turn their client over to the court - as the attorney and/or lawyer is an agent of the court and they all belong to the same cult - THE BAR ...

Hope this opened a crack into the box of the injustice system for you.

Peace;

The law can listen to your personal conversations if you have a cell phone and it is turned off. Unless you remove the battery they can hear everything you say. So yes, definitely.

Yes, it does. The supreme court has held that a person in custody is subject to inspection, including search and seizure, monitoring, and the like.
