im 17 though and i seriously don't like it.
i mean sure i like to be hit on but theres a time and a place ya know.

They're men.
They only care about sex. They don't care about your personality. Just sex sex sex sex and more sex. Every guy is the same.

Don't blame us blame the woman who DO respond to it. Honesty, I'm so sick of women moaning about guys hitting on them. We guys are simple to figure out, we want women. All of the disrespectful cat calls and objectifying would cease in an instant, THE DAY IT STOPS WORKING! Guys that do this are still getting sex, so why should we stop? Maybe you should be directing these sort of questions to other woman. Maybe if so many of you wouldn't fall for it, we wouldn't do it. After all, no man is going to engage in behavior he KNOWS without a doubt won't get him laid. I know it sounds chauvinistic, but you ALL know it's true.

you might hate it, but if you walked past builders and they didnt shout stuff at you but did to someone else you would wonder if you werent as good looking anymore. and youd wish they would shout at you... come on admit it, when they shout at you, inside you must be thinking " yeah ive still got it" admit it... go on... yeah i can see you smiling just a little bit?

They do it to impress their friends and get respect from other men. Eventually, if they have any class, they grow out of this behavior and realize they just look like desperate fools.

well i work on a building site(so i assume your including me as a "builder") but i never shout stuff at anyone,

Notice that they never do it when they're alone by themselves.
They only do it in groups of other men.
So they don't do it with any real hope of interesting you; they do it for each other.
It's a very sad, immature bonding ritual that sad, immature males feel like they need to do.
They do it to say to each other: "I'm like you, a real man. And a real man is always horny and looks at women as objects to satisify his lust."
It would be funny if it wasn't so sad, sad, sad.
