I think a Womanizer is a man who dates different woman but not one women is good enough to commit too.

It's fairly self-explanatory. It's a man whose profound interest in women leads him to flirt, seduce and often take advantage of women. He is not a man who can be trusted to be loyal to one woman, as he has to have an "entourage" of babes around him. He's usually handsome, and he knows it. So he goes around trying to see how many women he can add to his little black book of conquests.

Someone (of either sex) who uses their powers in relationships for malintent, whatever it may be. Sex, money, or just for the sport of it, and many other possibilities, to each their own.
