Yes, as long as you wear a tampon. You have to wear a tampon, though. The water does not stop the blood, no matter what some other people may say. The water just dilutes the blood while you are in the water. Once you get out, though, it will be very obvious what time of the month it is.

Yeah, sure. From my expierences, my periods were more pleasant the more I swam. Someone told me you stop bleeding when you're in the water, but I would still recommend using a tampon.
