Do people still get their points,if they have already answered your question before you delete it?

If you answered before they deleted it, yes. After it's deleted your points still remain. If it's removed as your typing, you're out of luck.

Yes - the only way people answering a question can lose points is if THEY choose to delete their answers!
I also believe that any "Thumbs Up's" count as well - but maybe not...

Not sure. I think if they entered it before you removed it because the points are added automatically & I don't think they're subtracted again. Unfortunately often the questioner removes the question while someone is typing up the answer & then it's lost & they get nothing.
