To some extent, you are probably safe to predict that the sun will rise tomorrow and the stars will show up for a few more nights but everything could disappear in a flash as far as we on Earth are concerned. The future can unfold in a predictable manner if we plan things properly and no natural disaster occurs. That's about it.

Sorta, You can predict the future for short amounts of time. A fly in a room can turn only so fast. You can predict where it will be in a 1/10 of a second pretty well. A planet is locked in its orbit so you can predict what it will do and where it will be years in advance. Study history to learn the future.

Of course not. You can only see the past and the present. To see the future, you would have to travel faster than light, which is impossible.

No but you can look into the past by just looking at the stars. It takes a long time for the light to get from there to here and so when you see them, you are seeing light from the past.

No one can see the future. We can plan it & anticipate it, but we can't see it, even though it's coming.

Yes - everyone has the ability - though whether folk realise these in-built senses and use them is another matter.
