retarded ? are they serious? if he was retarded he wouldnt have known that he had to bury jessie to cover up the evidence of the crime he comitted? He asked for a lawyer, mentally uncapable people wouldnt know to do that!!

I live less than an hour north of where this jerk lived and committed his crime. No, I do not think he is retarded. He should die for what he did so that there is absolutely NO chance he is ever let out for any reason whatsoever. Maybe setting this precedence will create a little fear in the sick minds of those who do this. It used to be that children were molested, but then were found alive. Now, the evil spawn kills them. Most of all, what I hope comes out of this is a different system for tracking the scum. Based on all the crap we throw our taxes to in FL, I am willing to pay a little more to keep children safe.

this is a sick man who does not deserve to have another breath. i agree that he should be buried alive and tortured like he done to that sweet inoccent little girl who did not deserve what happend to her. and by no means is he retarded! hes just a sick sick man !
