yes its normal even girls think about it a lot (most not as much as guys) but some girls are more horny than their man.

it is totally normal for a boy to think of sex a lot. The problem arises when he thinks he is ready to start an active sex life at too early an age. A boy or a girl under say 18, is way too young to consider all the ramifications of being sexually active. There are ramifications and consequences, not all of which are obvious.
