Trust is the easiest thing to lose and the hardest thing to gain.

No one gets 100%. That ended the day I found out a beloved, trusted family member had been sexually molesting my little girl.

Wow this is a good question. Theres people you may feel you have to watch alittle and can't trust a 100%. But then theres people like a close family member or your spouse that you feel you can trust 100%, but honestly i learned the hard way, people that i would trust with my life and would never think of them doing me wrong, Did. So now it's sad to say but i feel like you can't really trust anyone. I say you can trust someone a 100% but always have your eyes open you know what i mean.

Father--75%

Mother--1/2% due to the fact that she betrayed me and my family 7 years ago.

Brother--60%--sides with our mother to some extent.

Best friend--90%

Boss--Teetering between 2 and 5%

Co-workers--0%

Strangers-- Negative 90%, if there is such a figure.

Me--100% as I've always counted on myself to keep myself out of harm's way and to provide all that I've needed in life. I know that I can trust that I'll always ensure my own happiness.

Hi Moon,
Oh what a difficult one! I agree with above, trust has to be earned. If I don't trust anyone 100% it's because we are all different and what 'feels' important for one person may not be for another. How do I put it? I TRUST my husband and kids to do what in their conscience is right for them but they are individuals with their own lives and if they must do things I don't agree with then that's their perogative. I trust them to be honest with me about the things that matter. Where I do trust 100% is that my husband has and always will be faithful.
Friends and others: very cautiously.

Well my kids get 90 to 100% trust, anyone else gets about 10%. My husband gets 2% if hes lucky.

Only 3 people in my life I can trust 100%. Those people are I, me and myself.. :-))
I've been counting on I, me and myself since childhood - couldn't trust older siblings (I'm the youngest) because they stole my food or my money :-)) and - I don't know - a huge library of my books of experience.

Well, I have a 'trust shoot' ready to grow for everybody. It may grow and be fruitful or it may die.

Well first, you have to be special in order for me to let you in but once your in you get 100% in all aspects until you show me different. Then as you get to really KNOW a person you trust them to be who they are. Meaning you might trust them 100% with your money and 50% leaving them alone with your mate. :)

Family? As near zero as no matter. Three close friends I would trust with my life, and my surrogate daughter I trust as long as my needs don't conflict with her husband's. After that, it's trust their own self-interest to treat me decently, and don't expect too much.
