I second your first answerer. Check out NAET or BioSET. They are pretty much the same thing other than that BioSET was developed after NAET and you don't have to do an avoidance during the treatment, which makes it a heck of a lot easier. Check www.naet.com and www.bioset.net

I would recommend BioSET first-I mean checking to see if there is a practitioner in your area. If there isn't there will probably be someone in your area that does NAET. I've been following the NAET protocol for different food intolerances and other allergies and it's been good for me, but I wish I would have been doing BioSET all along because it would've been easier on me. Once you read up on these you'll understand what I mean.

Symptoms from an allergy can vary widely. You could be experiencing a symptom you're not even aware of like moodiness or tiredness. But common obvious ones are stomach distress, gassiness, bloatedness, sensation that your food isn't digesting well, constipation, etc. The BioSET or NAET practicioner can test you for a wide array of allergies.

Yes your above symptoms might indicate food intolerance.
You can look up NAET or NMT practitioners, they would be able to help you. If there are none in your area, you can eliminate common allergens from your diet and see how you respond. Note also that certain allergens can be "hidden" in food, i.e. a wheat allergy (gluten) can be triggered by many processed food that don't contain wheat as the processing of many foods produces trace amounts of gluten.
good luck
