There are several arteries in the spine which could have aneurysms that might either rupture or bleed into the spine, but aneurysms in the spinal arteries are extremely rare. Aneurysms in the spinal arteries occur mostly from congenital problems in the spinal arteries or the aorta.

I am guessing about this, but because the spinal arteries are enclosed within the spine, the amount of blood loss and damage is probably minor, compared to aneurysms in the brain or lungs, which are usually fatal if they rupture.

An aneurysm is just a weak spot in a blood vessel. Most people associate the word aneurysm with the brain, but they can happen in other places in the body. They cause problems when the weak spot ruptures, allowing bleeding.
