i got a tab that has a capo on 2nd then it needs to be an open g

it said this

Tuning - C3C2-G3G2-C4C3-G4G3-C4C4-E4E4 
Capo - 2nd Fret (tab relative to capo)

ahh can you simplify this what does this all mean!!

an open G tuning is D G D G B D fron the low E string to the high E in standered tuning without a capo... if your capoed in the second fret the notes should read ..E A E A C E from low to high..
