I luvvv pancakes...my favorite is pecan ones but I want them really brown..I don't like light pancakes..I don't care much for HP. I like the ones I make at home. I don't like fruit in my pancakes but I do like pineapple syrup on top. And well fudge sauce is good on anything. Mama used to make pancakes and pour leftover frosting on top, after she had made a chocolate cake the day before.
I also like cornmeal pancakes with brown gravy....this may be a Southern thing...slice some tomatoes on top and pour gravy over all...yum!

I love Krustez whole wheat pancake mix with added fresh blueberrys and chopped walnuts. Sometimes I put low-fat cottage cheese between them (like pigs in a blanket) then smother them in syrup. We have them every Sunday morning on our front patio.
