Considering that I live with like 6 firemen and when they are at the firehouse they are all sleeping unless they are out on a call putting out a fire or at an accident scene, then by all means go right ahead, but the only way any of them will actually wake up and hear you is if a) your their pager going off or b) you yell out fire. lol.

Actually the Supreme Court ruled on this. It is the clear and presant danager clause of the first Admendment. You can not shout Fire in a crowded movie theater and be protected by free speech.

No. But if its against the law to yell Fire in a movie theater, then it should be against the law to yell out weapons of mass destruction, against a backdrop of tension.
