Consider what Rowling just posted on her website today.
"We are almost there! As launch night looms, let's all, please, ignore the misinformation popping up on the web and in the press on the plot of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I'd like to ask everyone who calls themselves a Potter fan to help preserve the secrecy of the plot for all those who are looking forward to reading the book at the same time on publication day. In a very short time you will know EVERYTHING!"
I've been saying for a while now that people are either posting fakes or believeing fake information (either coming from fakes or from pre-existing fan fiction that is now being refered to as the final book) and then spreading that around. The scans I've seen of the "book" don't look right. Early scans were just barely clear enough to read some but blury enough to leave you questioning the accuracy. More recently they've been clear enough to read, but page paper is thick enough that you can't see words on the back of the page whereas you can see the words on the back of the page in these scans. I've only seen that happen with printer paper where you print on both sides. And the chapter pics look to have come from the first six books, being reused to get an official look to the book (so as to get the artist's drawing style without having to bother attempting to duplicate it).
Wait until Saturday to see the actual book.

The version out recently with all the jpgs is for sure real. It's clearly the US hardcover version. Plus, according to an article on mugglenet, a book distributor sent out orders of the book early, and people got them on Tuesday, the same day the book leaked.
It'd also be hard to copy the font. It's over 700 pages, and if someone actually typed up their own book and used the font, they'd still have to have it made into a book.
It's definitely real, but only the ones showing pictures of the book's pages. All the other ones released before are crap.

Most of the versions and spoilers sound like something J.K. Rowling wouldn't write at all. Some of the zendurl.com spoilers are especially silly and they sound more like a joke to me.
