I'm sort of in the same situation as you. I have what people call "asian eyes." You know.... the creaseless ones that people consider "really ugly??" Sometimes people say things to me like "Oh, your eyes are so small!!" So really, I don't like my eyes so much and I do put heavy make up like you too. Surgery is a different story. I think surgery is something that you should even think about when you're much older and that you're experienced more of life and are ready to make decisions...before you regret.
Besides, you are still growing and developing. If you get surgery at this age...your body is still changing and the eyes probably won't fit your growing body. There has been many cases in which people had to redo surgeries. So think before you act!!

No way! Don't even THINK about getting surgery!!!

Why would your friend tell you that your eyes were pretty if they weren't?? Don't put heavy makeup on your eyes, either. Heavy makeup DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. A little makeup applied properly can totally change your eyes. Plus, heavy makeup makes you look somewhat trashy.

Plus- you're WAY TOO YOUNG to even be concerned about that, let alone wearing tons of eye makeup!

Even if you were to get surgery now, I don't think that any dr. would do that on a 12 year old. If your friends say that you have pretty eyes, I think that you should believe them. There is not reason to go and have surgery. You are still young, You still have alot of changing and growing to do. Don't be in such a rush to look beautiful for other people. Just as long as you are happy with yourself that is all that should matter. Be patient and I am sure that you learn to love your beautiful self. :)

Why don't you believe your friends? Heavy makeup at 11? Surgery is not an option at such a young age. You will be changing in the next few years. If your mom allows you to wear makeup, ask her to take you to a dept store and ask them to help you accent your eyes or whatever you see as a flaw.

Heavy makeup is unattractive. You should be enjoying life as a kid. Listen to your friends, they're your best mirror.

At this time of your life you're going through so many changes and you're looking for some way to help you feel better about yourself and your life. Trust your friends--they see you in a way you don't see yourself. If they say you have pretty eyes then you probably DO! Don't go heavy on the makeup yet if you can help it. Once you start doing it you feel weird without it and then it's harder to tone it down. Believe you have pretty eyes, and one day you'll be able to see how lovely they really are!

I think you're too young to do surgery. And, You shouldn't try to change the way you look for society or a boy or who/what ever you wanna change them for. In my opinion, I think it may be the heavy makeup causing them to stand out and appear ugly. If you have brown eyes try using "Covergirl Country Woods" eyeshadow and Fantastic Lash by Covergirl, if you are old enough to be able to apply eyeliner without poking your eyeout then try using the new Covergirl eyeliner that draws the perfect line, If you have green/blue eyes than use "Stormy Lites" by covergirl with their indigo or denim blue eyeliner. I hope this helps!

Your 11 and you put heavy makeup on your eyes? Where is your mother? I am sure your eyes are beautiful! Try putting on some light mascara and nothing else! Leave the heavy makeup for Tammy Fay....

honey if your friends tell you that you have pretty eyes, they really mean it. I would defenitley say NO to surgery. heavy make up around the eye area (too much of it) could be bad. but then again most girls love make up. dont do surgery. it doesnt always work, and plus, natural eyes are always the best <3

I'm sure if your friends tell you your eyes are pretty they are. You're only 11 dont worry about surgery. Acept your body. You more beautiful then you think. Everyone looks diferent so be thankfull for your unique features and learn to work with them instead of hiding yourself behind make-up and expensive surgery.

Hey!

Your eyes are NOT ugly! Your friends tell you they are pretty and they would not lie to you. If they thought your eyes were ugly, they would just refuse to comment them. And I have never heard someone say that someone`s eyes are ugly. All eyes are pretty.

And NO, no surgery. Would make them weird and unatural. And you are so young! Your face will change during your teen years, and when you are older you will look at yourself differently. So enjoy your days, without thinking about your eyes. They are gorgeous, I am sure.

And...have an awesome birthday!! *hugs*
