I know exactly what you are talking about. There was this one particular guy that I always had that with after sex and it would last for a day or two and then turn into bacterial vaginosis. I would then have to use metro gel for frickin 7 days to get rid of it. I thought there was something wrong with me for the longest time. Then I changed partners and it never happened again. I never figured out if he just wasn't very sanitary or if I just developed a reaction towards his semen or what, but I'm glad I don't have to worry about that anymore. UGH!

Sounds like you may have an infection called Bacterial Vaginosis. Go to your doctor for a check and if it is bacterial vaginosis your doctor can give you some anti-biotics to clear it up.
You might want your boyfriend to do the same thing as he may have an infection also. If he does he needs to get treated or he'll give it back to you (cross infection).
Quote: 'Bacterial vaginosis’ is a very common condition in women. In fact, it is much more common than thrush. If your genital area smells fishy, this is almost certainly the cause.

My theory is that it's the different chemicals in your body that make that smell. It's like bad chemistry. Maybe something he or you ate has mixed up your chemistry, so there is an imbalance. Maybe go through both of your diets and maybe you can figure it out. Good luck!

The smell & tase of semen can be affected by his diet. Try to encourage your BF to drink plenty of water and rumor has it that if he eats alot of pineapple it will make it sweeter. I'm not sure if thats true but it can't hurt to try.

was your boyfriend with anyone else when you where apart? has he been tested? some guys just smell different than others it could have something to do with what he eats also. if he eats alot of red meat or fast food it will smell bad (and taste bad) if he eats more fresh fruits and veggies it wont be as bad.

My doctor has confirmed to me that it usually is his diet, combined with the anitbodies in your vagina. Urinate afterwards. It helps a little. Good Luck!

Your boyfriend needs to go see a urologist. What you describe sounds like he's infecting you with bacterial vaginosis.

maybe it's his diet... or maybe it's just when your fluids mix...
when you take care of him does he smell when he ejaculates? or is it ONLY when he goes inside you?
