Erm.... there are many things wrong with what you said.
For a start that is a BIG generalisation. If anybody takes notice of what I say, they will know I HATE this.
And what do you mean resort? Not everyone who is wearing a hood is waiting to jump you. They are actually quite comfy to wear.

Because you lose a lot of heat through your head, and covering said head reduces said heat reduction, keeping one's body warm. The convenience of a head-covering attached to a shirt is not to be understated either.

hoodies? because they're like in... lol. I lub hoodies. They can be used as a jacket, sweater, or just a simple addition to ur outfit.
