i'm into drinking more water is that helpful?

Yes. Drink up. Weakness in the heat is a sign of dehydration and or heat stroke/exhaustion. I would venture to say you are just dehydrated but look up heat stroke/exhaustion to see the symptoms so you know for future reference.. If you are in the heat especially in less humid areas drink plenty of water/fluids.

Humidity just sucks the energy right out of you, so you start feeling tired and weak. And you get so hot!!!! lol

water is def. helpful.

it happens to me too.
i always get tired and feel sooo lazy.

drink gatorade, i have found it helps alot.

anyway, i LOVE your avatar.
its sweet!! totally digging it.
