Make sure you keep eating well and exercising. Separate your job from your life. Take deep breaths throughout the day., while you say an affirmation to yourself like, "I am a worthy person and this is just the job I am doing today." This is a good time to take up yoga and to make sure you spend time with people you like and doing things you like to do. Whatever you do, please keep yourself from complaining to others at work and do not write email complaining about work. I got fired for that!
One thing I do is create collages out of magazine pictures. Sometimes I do collages that express my emotions. Sometimes I make collages that express joy and peace, and emotions I want to bring into my life. Lately I have been making collages of the kind of job and life I want to have. I journal on the back of the collages.
If it seems right, you can talk to your boss and say that you are feeling stressed out and you really care about doing a great job, and ask for suggestions. People really like to help, so I'm hoping your boss will do that.
Good luck!

I would eliminate the stress from the inside out. This would result in a fun job. If that failed to work, I would create a different job to my liking and say goodbye.

Hi Rena,
good to hear from u again
well normally i stress out on a daily basis through my early morning walks, good music while on net and of course my daily golden hour with my wife and two daughters. Some residual stress gets melted during one of the weekend outings with the friends/family. Not to mention the annual holiday that i enjoy with my family which really recharges me to bear with the newer stress-loads ahead.
but there is one stress melter i always keep abreast..i pray and pause for short meditation whenever & wherever i can.
try the last one it is bound to succeed...GOD bless!

De-stress with exercise and relaxing things. But to truly be happy you need to go beyond stress. See short article on site below and see what you can do so you can feel perfect peace and limitless happiness. It is also about being more in the present.

I go home, stop everything.turn off all elctronics(including the phone)lay out my yoga mat and begin with a series of deep-breathing excersizes. Then,I light a candle,(Usually white)place it in front of me and begin to meditate.often, when I stop,I find that an hour or more has passed and all the bad "chi"is gone. Then,I can look back over the day and figure out(with complete "sitchain"a Druidic form of yoga)How not to fall into the same trap again! And,it works!

Take a break outside, and re-gain your focus. Try to take a deep breath, and relax. Stress will make your body do some pretty scary things. Before bed drink a cup of camomile tea, it will help relax your body.

After a long, arduous, stressed out day at work, I like to do what most Americans do...

Ask for time off. Take a trip (mentally and physically) as far away from your job as possible.
