Taylor, In this day and age, the last thing you need to worry about is a couple of pounds up and down, during the day, it is something like did you know when you get out of bed in the morning you are 1/2 to 1" taller than you are and hour later, you can't do anything about that either, don't think about it and stay away from the scale,

did you drink a glass of water... at 7 lbs to the gallon that is prob. a pound right there...until you dispose of it via sweat, breath, or the more obvious.
Your weight can fluctuate by +/- a couple of pounds a day... its when it goes UP and doesnt go down that it starts getting harder to get rid of it

you will wiegh the least 1st thing in the morning after that your weight will flucuate all day long. if you are wighing your self 3 times a day everyday you might be obsessed and in need of a doctors help before it consumes you

Eating drinking sweating peeing etc it will always change that much in a day do yourself a favour and only weigh in once or twice a week

Because scales aren't perfect.
I can get on mine, and it gives me three different weights in the same minute.

Because you are adding and subtracting weight all day long......adding by eating and drinking and subtracting by going to the bathroom....sweating...etc.

you are undoubtedly taking in fluid and then voiding it , which will cause your weight to fluctuate.
