Besides getting a padded bra and removing the padding from one side, no. Breasts grow because of hormone production, and there's no way to cause your body to produce more hormones - and definitely no way to get those hormones to only affect one breast!

Be happy with what you have. All people are uneven. One eye is lower/larger than the other, one breast is bigger than the other, one testicle is lower than the other, one ear is smaller than the other, etc... Appreciate the beauty that lies in your asymmetry. It's what makes you beautiful and who you are. :)

No way except for surgery, or buying inserts.

There are very few women who have equal size breasts naturally. It is very common to have different sized breasts.

Mine were the same till I turned 32 and had a breast reduction.

This is perfectly natural... all women have this. It is more noticeable the bigger ur chest is. There can as much as a 1-1.5 cu difference between each breast...Sorry bout the ocd thing...nothing is going to help. Even surgery won't help, in fact it will make them less uniform looking.

there is a way to get them to LOOK similar but in reality it doesn't change much. if you exercise the one that is smaller by doing some weight training the muscles underneath will tighten and lift the breast slightly. or maybe you should do the one that is bigger and lift it to the level of the smaller one, i don't know what they look like.

It's normal to have one a bit smaller than the other. The human body is symmetric, but not perfectly symmetric.

Everybody has one breast bigger than the other.

Hardly anyone's breasts (or hands, or feet, or...) are exactly identical in size, nor are our faces. We are assymetrical! Please stop obsessing about this, be glad you have 2 healthy breasts, and DON'T do anything to them!
