I'm a cancer and have read a lot about astrology. Us cancers are so sensitive! If we feel hurt, threatened, are drained form giving to the people we love, we crawl into our shelles. In doing so we just want to be left alone. When people want us, we push them away and to them it seems we are "moody". We just need time to recharge our battery. We are always looking to help someone. We tier of giving and giving. We just need time to our selves. we dont mind giving and giving, it just takes away our energy. So, the next time the cancer in your life gets moody, leave him/her alone and when they come out of their shell, Watch how much more love we can give!!! Regards, Mark

Lots of things create different moods. I don't think one's sign of the Zodiac makes that much difference. If you're a firm believer in astrology, it may by coincidence, seem that all cancers are moody. But I rather suspect that you have a certain person in mind, like a family member or a present or ex-boyfriend. Am I right? If so, then it's circumstances rather than astrological signs that make a person moody. Correct whatever circumstance that's causing it, and the moodiness may disappear like magic. Good luck!

Yup, I agree wif Geo K. We're not moody, we're crabby.
But i dun think only Cancerians are moody. Even those who are not born under Cancer sign also can be moody.

Because they try to be as nice to everyone as possible and keep things running smoothly. They also don't adjust to change well. Some where along the way someone has to piss them off and it's those little things that keep building up to throw them of track. Well that's why I can be moody anyway. I try to stay positive most of the time though. As long as you don't threaten my security, family, or get in my way, I won't be angry.

It is b'coz Cancer is ruled by the moon & the way moon keeps changing its shape & size, cancerians being under its effect also have changeable moods.

because it's the sign of the crab! So they withdraw into their little shells. Like the other guy said, maybe they are "crabby". And they are a water sign. Water signs are pretty emotional

This is among what astrology does best. Nobody has control of when they are born, but astrology labels, stereotypes, and pigeon-holes people. Just give a birthdate and time. Of course that is exactly what some people want. Someone to tell them how to live their own lives. I'd rather in control as much as possible. Judge me by my own attributes, not my time of birth.
