Lots of things create different moods. I don't think one's sign of the Zodiac makes that much difference. If you're a firm believer in astrology, it may by coincidence, seem that all cancers are moody. But I rather suspect that you have a certain person in mind, like a family member or a present or ex-boyfriend. Am I right? If so, then it's circumstances rather than astrological signs that make a person moody. Correct whatever circumstance that's causing it, and the moodiness may disappear like magic. Good luck!

I'm a Cancer and I can be moody. Maybe it has something to do with being born in the heat of the summer

Haha. I don't even believe in this stuff, I swear, but I'm a cancer and as unpredictable as all hell...you know there's a separate zodiac category tho...
