it's all in the love for the bid...lol. Seriously though, some people will bid that high because they are giving the gift card as a gift, most people selling gift cards offer free shipping, so essentially they are saving $.50.

Because what they do is get the gift card and spend it and then say it never arrived and then they will get a refund in their paypal account.
