Muscle hurting?

I got a shot Monday in my upper arm and right after that I made the mistake of playing golf. What can I do to lower the pain? Thx in advance.

it's always best to get injections in the buttocks as it's more muscular and you won't feel as much pain. Place an ice pack on the injection site for fifteen minutes, several times a day. Use Advil capsules to help with the pain.
