Call the police and give them all the details you have. It is illegal to impersonate a security guard, as well as to be employed as a security guard without having a license. You can also contact DPS, they have a department that issues and regulates security guards, but calling the cops would be the best and most effective way to putting an end to this.

Not only do you call the local law enforcement,but the Department of Public Safety. Look for the Texas private Security Bureau and report them.

Go to the police. call the security company as well. You may want to inform whatever company the bogus guard works for too.
